Attendees: Manohar Thakur Jee, Kaladhar Jee, Krishna Chandra Pandeya Jee, Vidyut, Rakesh Ravi, Vivekanand & Sanjay(Oxford) Apologies: Navin Ji, Om Prakash Ji Discussion Points: We started first with the update on finances related to NobaUK and last Noba Party by Rakesh. There are few action items in this regard: 1. There are few regular monthly contributions in the account, it is suggested to have a list of all current members and against them the payments marked. 2. There are a few payments where Rakesh wasn't sure about the person paying, we need to find that information. 3. Regarding the Party, the payments for expenses and refunds will be done so that we could close the party related pending transactions. Its proposed to circulate the agenda for next NobaUK Meet (on 6th Nov 2022) so that it could be used as AGM meeting of the group where the officials and a minimum 10 members are present to complete the quorum. Kaladhar Ji and Manohar Thakur ji suggested that Noba UK should directly support Sangini (instead of contributing through Noba GSR). Further discussion about the magnitude and mode of support to be done with OmPrakash Jee. Rakesh initiated that there are few more good candidates who are in need of money ( particularly a Movie needing Hindi dubbing ) and we should consider how Noba UK could provide help. We had a brief discussion on having a more formal approach to select and budget the help amounts, but it remained inconclusive and we may have further discussions on this subject. We decided to meet again on the same platform for AGM on 6th Nov 2022
